Drapers Windmill

St Peter's Footpath, College Road, Margate, Kent.

Drapers windmill is a smock mill built in 1845 by millwright John Holman to grind corn. It worked by wind power alone until 1916 when a gas engine was installed. It was restored to working order between 1965 and 1975
